The pool and cabana are available for homeowners, it is not a public pool.
Homeowners will need to check in at the gate when entering the cabana. Please bring your key card and be prepared to show your ID to indicate that you are a current homeowner.
Homeowners are allowed 3 guests at the pool ("guests" being someone who does not live with the homeowner), and the guests must be accompanied by the homeowner at all times. Homeowners are responsible for their guests!
If you would like to have an event at the pool where you will require more than 3 additional guests, residents can email MJS-Reservations@mjsmgt.com to make reservations for parties.

Requesting Temporary Guest Authorization
There are times when you have individuals staying with homeowners for prolonged periods of times, such as children home from college, or temporary housing of friends. While these individuals are always welcome to join the homeowner at the pool, if the homeowner would like to request they be given access to the pool without the homeowner present, this form must be filled out.
Decisions on granting temporary access to individuals will be made by the board of directors on a case-by-case basis. Additionally, the homeowner still retains all responsibility for anything done by their guest!
